Our Chauffeur was Andy Burke and he was the most delightful Chauffeur we could ever ask for and truly made our experience in Ireland PERFECT! This was both of our's first time in another country and Andy made us not only feel at ease but protected our entire trip. Andy went above and beyond in his service to us and offered informative and safe travels through Ireland. First and foremost Andy always made absolutely sure we were comfortable with our activities planned and asked what was important to us.

  Did Not Deliver On Vehicle Promised - Our family trip to Ireland was marred by a huge disappointment as we walked out of the airport expecting the sprinter coach we had reserved and paid for only to... read more have the 7 of us jammed into a mini van for our 8-day tour. We were not given any notice about the change and there was no effort made to deliver on the vehicle we were promised during our tour. Their remedy was to refund a very small percentage of our total paid.

I felt very misled by Pat Keogh Chauffeur Service and would warn anyone else against using them. I understand that things happen and vehicles can break down, but they should have told us about the change up front without me having to reach out and ask about the bait & switch. It seemed as though they just didn’t want to give us time to book with another company. And when they could not deliver on the vehicle we reserved during our entire stay, I would have expected a substantial refund for the huge difference in comfort and bad customer service. I brought this up with Pat and Donagh and was ignored.

I will say that our driver, Liam was fantastic. He gets the star in this review.
