I was a little apprehensive to hire a driver but it was definitely worth it. I did not have to worry about navigating the country and driving on the left side of the narrow roads. It alleviated any stress going from place to place and I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is considering traveling to Ireland.

We learned the local people's life and got a feel of the real Ireland from Andy. To us, that's more valuable than the history and facts because we won't remember those anyway.
Andy is flexbile, easy going and professional. Donna working in the office is very helpful. He put together an itenerary for us for the three days. We visited many historic and must go places.

  Did Not Deliver On Vehicle Promised - Our family trip to Ireland was marred by a huge disappointment as we walked out of the airport expecting the sprinter coach we had reserved and paid for only to... read more have the 7 of us jammed into a mini van for our 8-day tour. We were not given any notice about the change and there was no effort made to deliver on the vehicle we were promised during our tour. Their remedy was to refund a very small percentage of our total paid.

I felt very misled by Pat Keogh Chauffeur Service and would warn anyone else against using them. I understand that things happen and vehicles can break down, but they should have told us about the change up front without me having to reach out and ask about the bait & switch. It seemed as though they just didn’t want to give us time to book with another company. And when they could not deliver on the vehicle we reserved during our entire stay, I would have expected a substantial refund for the huge difference in comfort and bad customer service. I brought this up with Pat and Donagh and was ignored.

I will say that our driver, Liam was fantastic. He gets the star in this review.
